Release 2008/9 of Pearson's Crystal Data (PCD), the well-known crystallographic database for inorganic compounds, has just become available! The "PCD" (as the database is typically abbreviated) is published by ASM International and provides crystal structures of a large variety of inorganic materials and compounds. The new release contains 10% more entries than the previous one, now covering more than 90% of the ICSD. More...
